!!! Disgusting order at your own risk! We had melted plastic in our food !! Hair in the food is included - hygiene standards are disregarded. The meat was of poor quality and streaked with cartilage. It doesn't taste good, and glutamate puff is a fair description. The food was wobbly and floating in fat. We took a cartilage bowl, with 4 people there was enough waste to create a menu with it. Since the change of ownership, it is no longer recommended and is simply nauseating. I burned my tongue at the same time and the next bite was cold. At least it was pretty expensive ...

Egg fried rice with duck was ordered. Meat was overcooked, rice wasn't fried properly, but it was drowned in oil. And for it to be "egg rice", strangely enough, there was no egg in it. There was no taste. The best part of the meal was the fortune cookie.

Unfortunately no recommendation. The 4th of us ordered there and were all disappointed. None of the courts could convince. The plastic on the cups with rice had melted, fried food was inedible rubbery and the meat gristly to tough. The food caused great disgust in everyone.

Absolutely disgusting! There was a hair in the rice, the plastic wrapping had melted on the food. The soups arrived already leaked. The duck was inedible and consisted almost entirely of cartilage. The starters were just rubbery. Fortunately it was also quite expensive. It is your own fault who orders here.

An all you can eat that I really enjoyed .... there is a good choice of both meat and fish I went for dinner and I chose the option with drinks included (basically all you can drink) and also for drinks there is a wide choice ... courteous and diligent staff I will definitely be back I was satisfied.

It couldn't be more unfriendly! one in four people refused the buffet and wanted to order a la carte. That did not suit the condition at all and had obviously triggered a level of stress in her. We absolutely did not understand why the service was rude and pulled through to the end. Everyone has a bad day, but then you shouldn't go to the palace :) 1 *, if it would work, 0

Very few varieties of food compared to other locations in the same franchise! The trays are always empty! I do not recommend!

What I experienced here yesterday was definitely the bottom drawer. The waitress was so disrespectful and impolite that it was actually our last visit yesterday. Unfortunately, the lady is always in a bad mood, but yesterday it was the absolute highlight. That's not how you run business. There is one star for food, and that's it.

Unfortunately not to be recommended. Very reduced buffet (probably because of Corona), but of course full price. Were there with the voucher book to get to know the store. Voucher book met with little enthusiasm with the super unfriendly service (as one is actually not used to from Asian waiters). From our group of six, my wife didn't want a buffet, but preferred to order from the menu. Also met with little enthusiasm with the service. The card was only available after another request. When one of the remaining five people wanted a buffet without a flat-rate drink, there was only the comment "Either all with or all without". Wow! It was clear which couple belonged to the voucher book, the waitress tore the voucher from the book when ordering. When it comes to accounting, the crowning glory (for me), the combination of buffet and a la carte, cannot be offset against the book. Why? I pay the much more expensive buffet and get the cheaper card meal for free. No, nothing works. Either both buffet or menu. No one (or woman) said that when ordering or when removing the voucher from the book. The problem could not be solved either; we then had to offset it internally in our group. In short, the shop is not recommended, the service didn't work at all and the quality of the food was mediocre, if at all. What a shame, I would have liked better as a weekend end.

The food was good, but the service was bottom drawer. We have been regular guests at the Asia Palast in Giessen. This time we were there with 7 people. The buffet was unfortunately (for Sunday) very small. Complete rows in the buffet were not in use. Unfortunately the price has not been adjusted. The service (our waitress) was clean. There is no politeness with her. No greeting, no thanks, no please. The drinks and food (one person ordered from the menu) were popped on the table. I've never seen anything like it before. The waitress at the neighbors table was much friendlier. Our friends were in the Asia Palast for the first time and we recommended the restaurant to the highest degree in advance, so that in the end I was really ashamed for this recommendation. None of the 3 groups gave a cent tip. Unfortunately I have to say that we don't plan to come back. Anyone can have a bad day, but these conditions were an imposition. For this we no longer drive over 40 km. Too bad.

Nice ambience, delicious food. Friendly and hard-working staff only 50%. The feeling of being welcome to enjoy the food is missing.

We were very disappointed. First had to wait about 30 minutes until we were served. The plates were dirty, the rice wasn't through and the salmon on the sushi had a sting. Accordingly, we didn't tip, then the change was pounded on the table and the waitress left without saying a word. We will not come back again!

Great all you can shop! Super large selection of dishes especially rare zebras, crocodile, kangaroo and crayfish all over! Everything tasted good only the sauces and the sushi was not to my taste. I can recommend the restaurant to everyone.

I honestly cannot understand how so many people give such good reviews, because when we visited yesterday, the only edible thing was the starter soup, even the crab chips were completely dried out. The various types of meat and fish that can be grilled there had obviously been there for a very long time and the meat was so tough that you couldn't cut it. In addition, children scream loudly and put their hands into the food, the staff is also unfriendly.

Excellent selection of Asian dishes at a good price-performance ratio. Despite the size of the restaurant, there are separate areas where smaller and larger groups can eat quietly. There is a play room for younger guests, which is equipped with a slide, a ball pit and various other games. If the children are full, the parents can chat in peace and enjoy a relaxing Asian day ;-)

Very tasty and fresh. Very nice staff and very helpful. Here you will find everything you are looking for. I wish you good hunger. I highly recommend it. 10 stars I would forgive. Прекрасное помещение. Очень красиво и вкусно всо свежий и персонал очень добрый. Цена изумительно. Я советую вам попробовать.

Great dishes, all fresh and delicious, yet a huge selection, even sushi tastes great! The drinks are great. Great value for money. The ambience is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. This is definitely my favorite Asian restaurant.

The buffet has the variety. Notably, the sushi is impressive.

Whether it's lunchtime or for runner-up Food is always fresh and tasty, service attentive and friendly and very patient- we are visiting with three little kids! Thumbs up and keep it that way.

I really liked eating in this place! Normally the "all you can eat" option makes drastically fall the quality of the food, but not in this case. The buffet is amazing and stunning, with many different options, to satisfy even the most difficult palate. I can only recommend this place!!
